Instrument Description:
● A new and high-tech product combining the optical, mechanical and electronic techniques.● It adopts the close-loop force sensor to replace the traditional quality weight, this innovative design makes the instrument more accurate and stable.
● It applies computer software program, high-resolution optical measuring system and photoelectric sensor. Through Key-input on the panel, it can adjust brightness of light source, hardness converse comparison, dwell time, file number and store, etc.
● LCD screen displays test method, test force, length of diagonal, hardness value. It is easy to use with high precision.
● Equipped with auto-turret, Halogen Light-source and Built-in Mini-printer as the standard delivery.
● Full digital hardness testing instrument, don’t need operator to read the length of diagonal, just press the sensor key.
● It can be equipped with CCD indentation automatically measuring device or video measuring device.
● It is suitable for the testing Vickers hardness value of the micro and thin pieces, the parts with the strengthening layer, heat treating and permeated and coated plane surface, the crisp materials such as the agate, glass, ceramics
● An ideal hardness measuring instrument for the scientific research institutes, the universities, the industrial production units and the metallographic institutes.
